        Wrestling is a tough, but fun sport, that has a place for everyone. Whether you want to make new friends, “off season” train for your favorite sport, be a league champion, or something in between, wrestling has a spot for you. 

        Weight Classes

        There are twenty weight classes: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 158, 170, 185, HWT (186-275). 

        Competitions & Tournaments 

        • Competitions are dual meets, one school vs another school.
        • Tournaments group wrestlers by age, experience, gender, and weight, resulting in 20 individual champions.
        • Wrestling competes in the Central Jersey Interscholastic League, a 17-member, three division,  middle school league for wrestling.
