        Wrestling is a tough, but fun sport that has a place for everyone. Whether you want to make new friends, “off season” train for your favorite sport, be a league champion, or something in between, wrestling has a spot for you. 

         

        2022 Interest Meeting

        Please come to the meeting at 3 PM on Thursday, September 29th in Room 507, for information on practices, required forms, meets, and general information. Boys and girls can compete. No experience required and beginners are welcome.

         

        Weight Classes

        There are twenty weight classes: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 158, 170, 185, HWT (186-275). 

         

        Competitions & Tournaments 

        • Competitions are dual meets, one school vs another school.
        • Tournaments group wrestlers by age, experience, gender, and weight, resulting in 20 individual champions.
        • Wrestling competes in the Central Jersey Interscholastic League, a 17-member, three division,  middle school league for wrestling.
